Mission: To provide the residents of Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties, who are uninsured or underinsured, access to medical and dental services at no or reduced cost.
The Lake County Free Medical Clinic serves people with no or low income (200% FPL and below), and who do not have health insurance, state medical assistance or are underinsured.
Medical services are for residents of Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula Counties. Dental services are for children in Lake County only who do not have insurance. Medicaid is accepted for children who live in Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula Counties.
Medical Services
• Diagnosis and treatment of short-term illnesses and basic medical needs
• Diagnosis and treatment for chronic conditions, such as arthritis, diabetes, thyroid and hypertension
• Physicals for work, school, sports, Headstart
• Vision Screening
People with more serious medical problems will be referred to other providers, including the emergency room, urgent care & private doctors. Services not available include treatment serious injuries, STD testing and treatment, family planning or mental health.

• X-rays
The dental program for the uninsured is for Lake County children only.
Medicaid is accepted for Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula residents
